Dear Berkeley Postdocs,

As we have previously informed you, the United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 2865, a union, has indicated an interest in organizing University of California Postdoctoral Scholars for the purpose of collective bargaining.

The University continues to be interested in employees being fully informed when making a decision. Based on further internal consultation and discussions with the UAW, the questions and answers document we provided earlier to you has been modified and more up to date information is available at http://ucbcollectivebargaining.berkeley.edu/.
