This authorization letter, a patent acknowledgement, and the payment of $200 for the University Services Fee must be taken to the VSPA Program Office located at 44 Barrows Hall. PATENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Visiting scholars and visiting student researchers are required to present a Patent Acknowledgement containing original signatures from both the postdoc and a sponsoring department employee witness. For more information about the Patent Acknowledgement, please go to http://www.ucop.edu/ott/patentpolicy/first.html. In addition, the affiliate will need a non-activated CalNet ID number to make an electronic payment. This number is available from the sponsoring department. To use e-Pay, go to https://vspa.chance.berkeley.edu/epay_post.cfm. Cash, credit card payments, and bank wire transfers are NOT accepted.
