Yale's Office of Career Strategy is hiring a 12-month full-time STEM Strategic Initiatives Fellow to conduct a landscape analysis of the local biotech industry; assess the potential for a robust talent pipeline between this industry and Yale STEM graduate students and postdocs; and build relationships with industry partners that expand this pipeline. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in strategic analysis, market and competitive research, industry engagement, and project management. The Strategic Initiatives Fellow will work collaboratively with Office of Career Strategy staff, faculty, and other stakeholders within Yale and in industry.
