VSPA Strategic Plan
The VSPA, and campus partners, through a strategic planning process and consultation, wrote a comprehensive plan for the near future. The 2020-2022 VSPA Strategic Plan outlines 5 strategies and 17 action plans for advancing postdoc, visiting scholar and visiting student researcher experiences at UC Berkeley over the next 3 years, in close alignment with the UC Berkeley’s overall strategic plan.
By working intentionally to implement this plan, the VSPA looks forward to serving the UC Berkeley research community to fully actualize the potential of the VSPA community. We view this as a living document, and welcome any input or suggestions as we continue to work collectively towards its implementation.
