Postdoc Core Competencies
Modified from the National Postdoctoral Association (NPA) Core Competencies, and aligned with the UC Berkeley Graduate Professional Development Competencies, the VSPA has outlined nine competencies that provide a skill-development framework for postdocs to utilize, in collaboration with their mentors.
